How to use:

Create a design in mirror image.

Place the film with the shiny side down on a cutting mat.

Set the appropriate cutting blade speed and pressure.

Remove excess material, retaining only the necessary design.

Place the fabric on a hard, dry surface.

Place cardboard between the sides of the shirt to protect the design.

Place parchment paper on top.

Use a heat press at 150–160°C for 8–12 seconds with medium pressure.

Do not use a steam iron.

Allow to cool, then slowly remove the film.
